This tubing is made of 6061-T6 aluminum, with a wall thickness of .058". This size was chosen so that you can telescope different sizes of tubing inside of each other. It has outstanding strength characteristics, making it suitable for antenna elements or for booms.
We have this tubing in sizes ranging from 0.375" to 1.750". Lengths are in 6' segments, with longer lengths available by special order. Naturally, we have end caps to match the tubing, ensuring a tight fit. This will reduce "singing" , and vibration. These range in size from .375" to 1.750".
